Child Policy
These rates apply to children sharing a room with adult(s)

• aged 0 to 2 years - free of charge
• aged 3 to 12 years - 50% of adult rate
• aged 13 to 15 years - 75% of adult rate
• Children and young adults aged 3 to 15 years occupying their own room will be charged 75% of the adult rate.

Provisional booking
Provisional bookings will expire automatically and without notification as follows:

• Provisional bookings made 3 or more months prior to the arrival of a guest
• 10 days after the booking was made.
• Provisional bookings made less than 3 months prior to the arrival of a guest
• 72 hours after the booking was made.

Payment terms

• 50% of payment must be made to confirm a booking. The remaining 50% must be paid seven (7) days prior to arrival of guests.
• A one month (30 Days) credit facility can arranged upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival – a 33% cancellation fee will be charged • Reservations that are cancelled less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival are subject to a 100% non refundable cancellation fee.

Government Tax
The Mount Meru Game Lodge Limited reserves the right to increase the rates reflected in this agreement in the event that the Government institutes new taxes or increase existing taxes.
